The Feel Good Book Club aims to bring uplifting reads to your door each month, along with some wellbeing gifts, with one hundred per cent of profits going to Samaritans.

Each month, the panel selects a book based on a wellbeing theme, from overcoming adversity to self-healing, stories of gratitude to bold awakenings.

Book boxes are posted around the 15th of each month and the cut-off date is the last Thursday of each month.

Depending on which subscription you take out, the cost ranges between £16.49 and £18.99 a month, including delivery and VAT.

Every single penny raised goes to a charity that aims to make sure fewer people die by suicide.

Samaritans' helpline is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Every six seconds, Samaritans’ volunteers answer another call for help. They are here, day or night, for anyone who’s struggling to cope, who needs someone to listen without judgement or pressure.
